  • Look after important accounts and serve as a reliable contact for clients
  • Spot and convert opportunities to win new business
  • Recommend products, carry out demonstrations, and provide customer support
  • Deliver training and technical guidance to customers, with full training supplied
  • Travel across rural areas to meet clients and prospects
  • Keep CRM records up to date and handle order entry accurately
  • Work to individual sales goals and performance measures
  • Play a positive role in a collaborative, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of agriculture or machinery is an added advantage
  • A practical, solution-focused approach to sales

  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Comfort speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Ability to learn technical products and understand customer requirements
  • A valid New Zealand driver’s licence and readiness to travel regularly

What’s on Offer

  • A competitive remuneration package
  • Company vehicle and mobile phone
  • Access to ongoing learning and development
  • A supportive team environment with a friendly, down-to-earth culture

The business operates with a strong focus on Trust, Integrity, Honesty, and Accountability, and is committed to going the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike.

Additional Information

This role involves a remote-style working arrangement with frequent travel, so comfort working independently while remaining closely connected to customers and the team is important.
