Role overview
This position focuses on managing and growing business accounts in a Singapore-based office setting. The role centers on building strong client relationships, expanding revenue from existing customers, and winning new key accounts in the SME and enterprise segments.
Key responsibilities
- Meet sales targets while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Grow revenue from existing strategic accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Develop new key accounts and create fresh business opportunities.
- Collaborate with well-known partners such as Samsung, Logitech, Microsoft, and the internal AV design team to build solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Work out pricing with partners to keep proposals and bids competitive.
- Focus on solution selling across audio, visual, and video conferencing products and services.
- Prepare and deliver weekly sales updates and reports.
- Concentrate on the SME and enterprise market.
Requirements
- A diploma in IT, Engineering, Audio Visual, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a solid track record of performance.
- Background in project-based sales and the development of customized solutions.
- Experience handling key accounts in the enterprise segment, particularly within financial services and banking, technology, manufacturing, and oil & gas.
