About the Role

MASH Global is hiring an Account Executive to join its creative and media team in Doha, Qatar. This position suits a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing who is comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to revenue growth.

Role Overview

In this position, you will act as the main connection between clients and the internal delivery teams. You will handle multiple social media accounts, support digital campaign execution, nurture client relationships, and help achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients while serving as their main day-to-day contact.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to make sure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Track campaign results, review performance data, and share regular updates and reports with clients.
  • Juggle several client accounts at once while staying accurate, organized, and deadline-focused.
  • Spot opportunities to offer additional services and support account expansion.
  • Make sure every deliverable matches client goals and brand standards.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing; agency exposure is an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and similar channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Well-developed organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Background in a client-facing agency environment with multiple accounts.
  • Exposure to social content creation or copywriting.
  • Understanding of paid social campaigns and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
