About the Role
As an Account Executive based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in expanding the adoption of our on-chain security solutions. This fully remote position involves managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure. You will engage with enterprise prospects to identify their security needs and present Blockaid's solutions as effective defenses against Web3 fraud and scams. You will collaborate closely with our regional team and work with cross-functional departments to ensure client success.
Your Impact
- Manage the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, handling renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Blockaid's solutions to potential clients.
- Cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships with senior executives and technical decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
- Drive the adoption of our technology and devise strategic account plans that yield tangible business benefits.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and partner teams to achieve customer objectives.
- Relay prospect feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence future product development.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting within the CRM system.
- Analyze and refine sales campaigns and processes to foster continuous improvement.
- Represent Blockaid with professionalism and promptness, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess at least 4 years of quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive, with a proven history of selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions to enterprise clients and C-level executives.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing significant enterprise technology deals.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of and enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 sectors.
- Familiarity with established sales qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
- Proven ability to develop long-term account strategies and promote deep technology adoption.
- Experience in cross-functional selling, effectively collaborating with both technical (R&D/Product) and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, verbal articulation, and written clarity, enabling the translation of complex customer challenges into value-driven solutions.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to independently execute new initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and contemporary sales tools for forecasting, dashboarding, and reporting.
- Experience with modern sales technology stacks, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong), and other relevant software.
