As an Account Executive, you will assume complete responsibility for the sales process within the U.S. market, playing a crucial role in laiout's success in this key region. This involves engaging with customers to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, thoroughly understanding their unique challenges, and demonstrating how laiout's solutions can effectively address them. You will manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation through to the successful closing of deals with mid- to enterprise-level clients. Utilizing CRM tools, specifically Hubspot, you will meticulously track and manage leads, ensuring accurate sales forecasting. A key aspect of the role is delivering consistently against defined KPIs on both monthly and annual bases. You will also collaborate closely with international teams across different time zones, including those in Europe and APAC, as part of a cohesive and dedicated group passionate about our mission. Occasional travel will be required for trade shows, conferences, and important client meetings, as our presence at such events is highly valued.Who You Are
We are seeking an individual ready to take a leading role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales, with a preference for experience within a startup setting. While the role is remote-first, candidates must be based in the U.S. Experience in the real estate sector, such as workplace/office real estate, working with occupiers, brokers, architecture/design & build firms, or proptech, would be a significant advantage. You must have a proven history of successfully closing mid- to large-enterprise deals. We are looking for a mature, proactive, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote setting. A methodical approach to pipeline development is essential, along with a strong understanding and demonstrated success in U.S. enterprise sales processes. A genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of technology and design, and a keen interest in our specific field, are highly desirable.What's In It For You
