Role Overview
This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at the company’s downtown headquarters. It follows a hybrid work setup, with three days per week in the office and the option to work remotely on the remaining days. The compensation package includes a base salary in CAD, uncapped commission paid in USD, and ramp-up bonus incentives in USD, with total target earnings of $150,000 per year.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you will drive growth by engaging senior decision-makers and helping them understand the value of joining Assemble’s membership communities.
- Reach out to senior business leaders and invite them to participate in the membership communities.
- Speak with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and priorities while presenting an intangible but high-value solution.
- Manage a sales pipeline and develop strategies to move opportunities forward, including handling enterprise procurement processes.
- Find new business opportunities through multiple lead sources.
- Make cold calls, conduct outreach, and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Work toward, and aim to surpass, quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strong, long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects and members.
- Stay informed on member activity, industry developments, market trends, and the competitive environment.
- Bring enthusiasm and drive to both customer interactions and internal teamwork.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to support broader business goals.
