Role overview

Nexthink is seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to focus on new business development. In this position, you will identify, engage, and convert fresh sales opportunities for the company’s SaaS offerings. You will be responsible for generating new business revenue within a newly assigned territory covering mid- to high-end commercial prospects in Germany.

The work will center on prospecting, outbound cold outreach, and field-based SaaS selling. You will partner with supporting teams to build a healthy pipeline and accelerate new business growth. What you will do

  • Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets for your assigned territory.
  • Find and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
  • Build a pipeline from a new territory of mid- to high-end German commercial accounts.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos together with a Solution Consultant.
  • Collaborate with BDR and Marketing teams to create leads and strengthen pipeline quality.
  • Represent Nexthink professionally at company events.
  • Keep CRM forecasting accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the complete sales process from first contact through deal closure.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Create a territory plan and target account list to guide sales activity.

What the company is looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in new business sales with a history of quota attainment.
  • Prior experience selling software or solutions in a new business environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, target-oriented setting.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar SaaS sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in both English and German.

This role comes with a permanent employment contract and a competitive compensation package.
