Role overview
This is a Singapore-based, full-cycle account executive position focused on enterprise technology sales in a rapidly growing AI category. It is designed for someone who thrives as a builder rather than a manager, and who can own the entire revenue process from first contact to closed deal.
The position is fully outbound with complete pipeline ownership. There is no SDR support and no inbound demand to rely on. The primary buyers are CTOs, Heads of AI, and senior IT leaders at organisations that need private AI deployment either because of compliance requirements or strategic business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Create your own pipeline through outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Manage the full sales journey from first cold approach through discovery, solution positioning, presentations, stakeholder alignment, procurement, legal review, security review, and contract signature.
- Prepare clear business cases and ROI assessments for technically informed decision-makers.
- Partner with technical sales colleagues to support demonstrations and proof-of-concept work.
- Represent the business at AI and enterprise technology events across Singapore and the wider SEA region.
Candidate profile
- At least 4 years of experience in outbound, full-cycle software sales at enterprise or mid-market level.
- A proven history of prospecting and closing deals from cold outreach rather than relying on warm inbound opportunities.
- Direct experience selling technical solutions to CTOs, Heads of AI, or senior IT stakeholders.
- Strong outbound habits, including prioritisation, personalised outreach sequences, and resilience in building demand from the ground up.
- Confidence handling enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes in Singapore or across SEA.
- Experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or SaaS is preferred.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government is an added advantage.
