About the Role

This Dublin-based role is for an Account Executive focused on new business growth and account expansion within the Commercial SMB segment. It is a full-cycle sales position for someone who can manage structured discovery, present effective demos, handle technical and business stakeholders, and move opportunities through to close with urgency and strong outbound activity.

You will work with senior buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, VP Product, and VP Engineering, and will need to build solid product understanding around technical use cases including APIs, data, developer tools, infrastructure, and AI or agent-based workflows.

What You Will Achieve

  • Take a proactive outbound approach to build fresh pipeline and generate momentum quickly in target accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales journey from prospecting and discovery through solution alignment, demonstrations, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead effective discovery conversations that uncover business outcomes and technical needs, then translate those into a clear value story.
  • Run live demos and tailor the narrative to guide buyers through evaluation, including light solution planning where needed such as workspace setup, permissions, rollout strategy, and integrations.
  • Work through commercial-stage complexities such as security, legal, and procurement with help from internal partners.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and execute consistently at a fast pace to hit or exceed quota.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Marketing to feed customer insights back into the business.

Skills and Experience Needed

  • 1 to 3 years of closing experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role, or a closely related role with clear responsibility for closing, with steady performance against targets.
  • Experience selling to, or partnering closely with, technical decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, or VP Product, and explaining product value in terms of workflow and ROI.
  • Strong outbound habits, creative pipeline generation, and the ability to handle discovery, demos, and closing motions end to end.
  • Proven ability to work multi-threaded deals and influence several stakeholders within complex organizations.
  • Fast learner with enough curiosity to absorb technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Practical use of AI in daily work and comfort speaking about modern AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and experience in the MEDIT market, with the ability to help refine the commercial motion and improve repeatable processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
  • Background in developer tooling, APIs, data, infrastructure, or AI products.
  • Prior experience as an early sales hire in a fast-growing startup.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Total on-target earnings for this position are estimated at €130,000 per year, including base pay and variable incentive compensation. Final pay may differ depending on location, role scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise.
