Job description
Role Overview
This role combines account management, social media coordination, and new business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing current client relationships, supporting campaign and content execution, identifying sales opportunities, and acting as the day-to-day contact for customers. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining clear client communication, and contributing to revenue growth through outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
Account Management
- Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up regularly to confirm client satisfaction and address concerns.
- Work closely with design, development, marketing, and production teams so projects move forward on time.
- Manage client requests, feedback, approvals, and status updates.
- Draft and deliver reports, proposals, and suggestions for clients.
- Spot opportunities to expand services within current accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Social Media Management
- Oversee both company and client social media profiles.
- Plan, schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and similar channels.
- Create compelling captions and social copy that match marketing goals.
- Track comments, direct messages, and audience engagement.
- Measure performance and compile monthly social media reports.
- Keep up with platform trends, tools, and best practices.
Business Development & Sales
- Build new business through networking, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Set up meetings and presentations with potential customers.
- Introduce the company’s services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Track and follow up on quotes, proposals, and open business leads.
Client Meetings & Communication
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients as needed.
- Present service offerings, marketing plans, and project progress updates.
- Translate client needs clearly for internal teams.
- Maintain timely, professional communication at all times.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in account handling, social media, marketing, or sales.
- Strong verbal and presentation abilities.
- Very good English communication skills; Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and similar social media management tools.
- Well-developed organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to handle several clients and projects at the same time.
Preferred Industry Background
Experience in any of the following sectors will be an added advantage: digital marketing agencies, IT and software solutions, website and mobile application development, social media marketing, and branding or creative services.
Work Schedule
Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday.
