Role Overview
FASTSIGNS of Eugene is looking for a B2B Account Executive to grow business through prospecting, follow-up, and closing. The role is based in Eugene, Oregon and offers a solid local platform backed by an established brand, a responsive production team, and a warm customer base.
The company has been operating in the Eugene market for more than 10 years and is part of a network of 700+ FASTSIGNS locations worldwide. The local team includes about 20 people and ranks among the top 20 locations in the system.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a $75,000 base salary plus commission, with commission starting from the first month. The base pay remains fixed as commission earnings grow. Expected total earnings are around $95,000–$100,000 in year one, $115,000+ in year two, and $150,000+ from year three onward. The upside is uncapped.
Benefits include employer-paid health insurance at 50%, paid time off, 7 paid holidays, profit-sharing 401(k), and mileage reimbursement.

- There is no hard territory limit, so you can grow accounts with multiple locations across states and own those relationships.
- Estimating and scoping are handled by the inside team, allowing you to stay focused on selling.
- Your base salary does not decrease as your commission rises.
Key Duties
- Make outbound calls, visit walk-in prospects, work referrals, and pursue targeted leads each day.
- Sell to contractors, healthcare, hospitality, education, property management, and multi-location companies.
- Lead discovery conversations and turn prospects into repeat business accounts.
- Manage client relationships from the first conversation through closing and repeat orders.
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate pipeline information and sales activity.
Candidate Profile
The company is not requiring sign industry experience, as product training will be provided. What matters most is strong drive, consistency, and comfort with daily outbound sales activity.
Useful prior experience may come from uniform or facility services, telecom, payroll, office technology, promotional products, building materials, or property services. Candidates should be able to clearly explain their prospecting approach, show evidence of quota achievement or rankings, and be motivated by performance-based income.
