Role Overview
This position is for a German-speaking Account Development Representative focused on the DACH region. The role supports the sales organization by building a strong pipeline and also contributes ideas and experience to improve the broader sales development function.
What You Will Do
- Handle incoming leads for the assigned territory and keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
- Build and manage prioritized lists of target accounts within your region.
- Find and develop outbound sales opportunities.
- Assess prospects for enterprise-level interest and work with Account Executives to complete the qualification process.

Compensation
Camunda offers fair, transparent, and competitive pay. New hires are typically placed in the first half of the pay range so there is room to grow over time.
Annual total cash includes base salary plus 100% variable compensation where applicable.
- United States: $91,000 to $181,700
- United Kingdom: £57,200 to £116,400
- Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900
Candidates based in other locations are employed through Remote.com, Camunda’s global employer partner, and receive a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after the first interview.
Equity may also be available through the Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP), where applicable.
