Role overview

This remote contract position is focused on supporting AI model development through rigorous research and high-quality human input. The selected professional will contribute subject-matter expertise that helps improve how advanced systems learn, reason, and respond.

What you will do

• Carry out detailed research within your specialist area and deliver strong, evidence-backed findings.
• Work with Word and PDF files using advanced functions such as tracked edits, formatting tools, form completion, and data extraction.
• Partner with teams across legal, healthcare, policy, and finance functions to support varied assignments.
• Turn complex research into polished reports and presentations aligned with Fortune 500-level expectations.
• Review and combine academic papers, legal material, or industry information to guide project results.
• Keep all written outputs accurate, consistent, and aligned with the required standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and internal team members in both written and spoken form.

Required background

Candidates should bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in academic research, legal work, policy, healthcare, or a closely related field. A Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution is required. Strong command of document handling in Word and PDF, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. The role also calls for the ability to juggle priorities in a remote setting with tight deadlines and to contribute effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred experience

Additional value will come from prior work with Fortune 500 organizations, exposure to document-heavy workflows in legal, healthcare, policy, or finance environments, and a record of publications or presentations in academic or industry contexts.
