About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Assembler for a full-time role at our Booragoon, WA workshop. This position suits someone with a light mechanical background, and experience in collision repair or a comparable field will be viewed favorably. The role is with SMART, part of AMA Group, a major collision repair network across Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Do
- Rebuild vehicles in accordance with documented work instructions and standard procedures.
- Perform light mechanical tasks when needed.
- Check and assess reassembled vehicles to confirm they are safe and operating correctly.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned to the required process standard.
- Assist the broader workshop team with other tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in vehicle assembly or a light mechanical position.
- Exposure to collision repair work or a similar industry is an advantage.
- High attention to detail.
- A dependable, safety-focused team member.
- Must have full legal right to work in Australia.
