About the Role

ABD Talent is expanding its US staffing operations and is hiring an experienced recruiter for its Ahmedabad office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and partnering with US-based clients to fulfill hiring needs.

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Shift: US shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to suitable candidates using sourcing channels such as professional networks, job portals, referrals, and similar platforms.
  • Evaluate candidates against client expectations and role-specific criteria.
  • Handle the hiring process end to end, including sourcing and interview scheduling.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide appropriate profiles.
  • Keep candidate information updated and organized in ATS/CRM tools.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience with exposure to US clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to source talent for positions in the US market.
  • Good grasp of US recruitment and staffing workflows.
  • Practical experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed, or similar tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems; familiarity with Ceipal will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work during US business hours.
