Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a US IT Recruiter. The position is based in Hyderabad, and the recruiter will support end-to-end hiring for technology roles.
What you will do
You will own the recruitment cycle from initial outreach through to closure. The work includes identifying suitable candidates, evaluating profiles, and supporting the hiring process for a range of IT positions. You will also work closely with hiring managers and help keep the talent pipeline active so staffing needs can be met efficiently.
Core qualifications
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding support, and overall candidate management. Prior exposure to IT hiring is important, along with a solid understanding of technical job requirements.
You should bring strong recruiting capabilities, especially in attracting and assessing candidates for technical roles. Good written and spoken communication, negotiation skills, and interpersonal strength are also important. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools will be useful.
Working well with others in a fast-moving environment is expected. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
