Role overview
The L2 associate serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and delivery partners. In this role, you represent the company to delivery partners, identify partner concerns, investigate delivery-related issues, and recommend improvements to processes.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently.
- Handle customer and delivery partner interactions with speed and efficiency.
- Escalate sensitive cases through the appropriate escalation path when needed.
- Manage time effectively and keep work moving against targets.
- Meet or exceed assigned performance benchmarks.
- Use logical problem-solving to find root causes, spot recurring issues, and suggest process enhancements.
Qualifications
A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required. The role calls for strong written and verbal communication, the ability to express issues clearly, and good comprehension to understand customer concerns accurately. You should be able to stay focused on an issue until it is resolved, work well both in a team and on your own, type efficiently, navigate websites with ease, and use email applications confidently. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer is also expected.
Preferred background
Experience in logistics or a similar support role is preferred, along with strong Excel skills.
