Key Responsibilities
- Partner with educational institutions to plan and run training programs.
- Track and balance trainer workloads to keep operations running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly with colleges, trainers, and internal management teams.
- Make sure the required resources are available and correctly assigned.
- Coordinate both in-house trainers and freelance trainers to ensure programs are delivered without issues.
- Keep training programs on schedule, within the approved scope, and inside the budget.
- Share updates with management and escalate issues whenever needed.
- Prepare, update, and preserve detailed documentation for training programs.
- Support hiring of full-time trainers for training delivery needs.
- Support hiring of freelance trainers for training delivery needs.
