Role Overview

This opening is for a trainee engineer in the production function, based in Noida. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities, keeping production moving as per target, and coordinating with different teams on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute daily production activities in line with output targets.
• Track shop-floor operations and keep an eye on machine performance during manufacturing.
• Record production data and maintain related reports and documentation.
• Support adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team when breakdowns occur and for preventive servicing.
• Observe safety rules and company procedures within the production area.
• Contribute to process improvements and efforts to reduce downtime.
• Work with supervisors and senior engineers to meet production goals.

Required Skills

• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Basic familiarity with machines, tools, and equipment used in production.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Readiness to learn and operate in a shop-floor environment.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The employer has specified that only male candidates are preferred for this role.

Compensation

The offered package is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
