Role Overview

The Third Key Holder plays a hands-on store support role, bringing strong product knowledge, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities. The position centers on watching, listening, and coaching the team so the store delivers a standout customer experience. The role also involves aligning daily activities with business needs and taking action to help meet sales targets while contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

What You Will Do

You will help guide the store team, support sales performance, and reinforce a high-quality experience for both internal and external customers. The position requires working closely with others, encouraging teamwork, and helping create an environment where people can perform at their best. You will also be expected to adjust your approach based on what the business needs at the time.

Experience and Education

Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion retail. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
