Role Summary

This position supports Learning & Development initiatives for the VRM channel at Aditya Birla Capital. The role focuses on planning, delivering, and monitoring training programs across induction, refreshers, skill-building sessions, assessments, and updates related to products, processes, and policies.

Training Delivery

  • Partner with the VRM Partner L&D teams and apply subject matter expertise to execute the training calendar for the full VRM cohort.
  • Make sure monthly training schedules are prepared and circulated for VRM teams by the partner L&D teams.
  • Conduct training sessions personally as per the agreed plan.
  • Coordinate trainer availability, manage the mix of physical and virtual sessions, and adjust plans based on subject matter expert availability.
  • Assist NTM-ABCDL with CSE training delivery.

Team Capability Building

  • Run train-the-trainer workshops for VRM partner L&D teams and trainers.
  • Develop tele-calling-focused capability-building modules for internal VRM teams.
  • Carry out periodic quality checks of training across VRM centers and use stakeholder inputs to identify and close knowledge and skill gaps within the VRM cohort.

Content Management

  • Work closely with the ABCDL Content team to ensure product- and process-related material remains current.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for content and process information for VRM partner L&D teams.
  • Build VRM-specific learning content around telecalling skills, etiquette, and conversion techniques using both internal and external inputs.

Governance and Data Support

  • Maintain ownership of all training data, including BCSM, CSE, Sales Teams, Support Function trainings, and any other learning activity under the Head L&D-ABCDL umbrella.
  • Ensure training records are stored centrally and remain easily accessible to NTM, stakeholders, and regulators.
  • Support the NTM in publishing monthly dashboards covering training, activation, and trainer utilization.
  • Follow up with RTMs and unit teams to collect training data and feedback forms within the required timelines.
