Role overview
West London NHS Trust is seeking an organised and compassionate Community Nursing Administrator to support the day-to-day administration for nursing services across Hounslow Borough and Specialist Services. The post plays an important part in helping clinicians, service users, and families or carers experience smooth and well-coordinated service delivery.
What the role involves
- Handling and coordinating administrative activity for community nursing teams.
- Working closely with clinicians to keep scheduling, communication, and record-keeping running efficiently.
- Serving as a main contact for service users and their families, offering support and responding to queries.
- Providing cross-cover for nursing teams across the borough when service demands require it.
