Role overview

This position is part of the Housekeeping & Laundry function and is based in Goa, India. It is a non-management, full-time role within a luxury hospitality environment.

What the role involves

The main focus of this job is to manage the handling and distribution of uniforms for staff members as per company standards. The role also includes keeping accurate records of uniforms that are issued, returned, or sent for cleaning, checking garments for damage, removing unusable items from circulation, and arranging replacements when needed. In addition, the job requires maintaining inventory records for uniforms and linens as assigned.

Work expectations

You will be expected to follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures, report incidents or unsafe conditions promptly, and complete any required safety training and certifications. The role also calls for maintaining a polished personal appearance, safeguarding confidential information and company property, communicating professionally, and building cooperative working relationships with colleagues. You should be able to meet quality standards and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.

Eligibility
