Role overview
Berean Group International, Inc. is hiring a permanent, full-time Supply Chain Manager for its Carson, California facility. The position is a direct-hire opportunity focused on overseeing procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control for a manufacturing environment that produces highly engineered electronic products used in the Aerospace, Defense, and Space sectors.

What the role involves
This leadership position is responsible for running the full supply chain function, from strategic sourcing and production planning to supplier development, inventory optimization, and ERP/MRP-driven operations. The manager will guide a team of 15–18 employees and work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer service teams to support cost, quality, and delivery goals.
Required background
The ideal candidate brings a solid electronics manufacturing background along with hands-on experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes. Experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with regulated environments and related compliance requirements.
Additional requirements
Applicants should have at least 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain or Procurement within a manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline is required. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting, production planning, and supplier management is essential. Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFARS regulations is highly preferred.
