Role Overview

• Setting enterprise inventory direction and governance standards

• Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and senior leadership

Background Sought

• At least 12 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, merchandise planning, operations, or a closely related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams or driving enterprise-level initiatives
• Demonstrated results in improving inventory outcomes, working capital, procurement discipline, analytics, and scalability of operations
• Strong executive presence, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead organizational change
