The company is hiring an experienced tradesperson who also has prior supervisory experience across commercial construction, refurbishment, and fit-out work.

What you’ll bring to the role

• A recognised trade qualification, with carpentry being the preferred trade, plus essential experience in the construction sector.
• The ability to balance practical trade work with day-to-day site supervision duties.
• Strong communication skills and a straightforward, proactive approach to work.
• Confidence dealing with clients and representing the business in a professional manner.
• The ability to guide and motivate a team so work is completed on schedule and without defects.
• A resilient mindset and the flexibility to respond quickly when problems arise.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a real sense of ownership and pride in the quality of work delivered.
• A firm commitment to safety and compliance, with the wellbeing of all on-site staff treated as a priority.
• Australian residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia, along with recent local experience.
