Role overview

WillWare Technologies is hiring for a ServiceNow HRSD specialist to work from one of the listed Indian office locations: Vijayawada, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. This position calls for a seasoned IT professional with deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery and related HR platform capabilities.

Experience needed

The role requires more than 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years focused specifically on ServiceNow HRSD.

Core knowledge and platform areas

HR case handling and service delivery workflows
Employee Center and Employee Center Pro
HR knowledge management
HR catalog and HR services
Lifecycle Events
HR document management
Center of Excellence configuration
Creation and maintenance of flows, business rules, notifications, scripts, and ACLs

Integration and administration

Practical experience with IntegrationHub
Working knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations
Exposure to MID Server-based integrations
Platform administration tasks
Update set handling and data migration
Automated Test Framework (ATF) exposure

HR and delivery environment

The ideal candidate should understand HR operating models, HR data structures, and global HR service processes. Familiarity with Agile ways of working is expected, along with awareness of DevOps practices such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
