Role Overview
Oxygen Digital Shop is hiring a Service Coordinator for its Pattambi, Kerala location. This role is focused on managing customer service operations through O2 Care, ensuring requests are handled efficiently, service visits are organized smoothly, and customer issues are resolved in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests and complaints received through O2 Care.
- Serve as the main communication link among customers, service technicians, and branch teams.
- Plan and allocate service visits according to technician location, issue priority, and technical skill set.
- Track each service assignment until completion and make sure all closure records are properly maintained.
- Keep service information updated and accurate in the ERP system.
- Contact customers after service is completed to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare daily as well as monthly reports on service performance for management.
- Make sure all work follows company service guidelines, warranty rules, and O2 Protection plan requirements.
