Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is building a landmark destination in Saudi Arabia that is set to transform entertainment, culture, and hospitality. Within the Hospitality Business Unit, the team is creating a portfolio of hotel assets that will play a key role in bringing this vision to life.

This position is focused on supporting the full development journey for hospitality assets. You will work alongside the project team across multiple workstreams, helping keep delivery on track, enabling informed decisions, and ensuring the work remains aligned with Qiddiya’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of hospitality assets from initial brief definition through delivery, handover, and operational readiness.
• Assist with feasibility analysis and business case preparation to strengthen positioning, guest experience, and value generation.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to keep stakeholders aligned, meet deadlines, and surface risks or issues early.
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs, maintaining dashboards and trackers that clearly show status, risks, and next actions.
• Support critical asset-related decisions so they remain consistent with project goals.
• Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and escalate where necessary.
• Help with governance and decision-making by preparing concise reports, presentations, analyses, and briefing notes.
• Look for opportunities to improve coordination, reporting, and day-to-day ways of working.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 4 and 7 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, or mixed-use development environments.
• Prior exposure to the development lifecycle, including feasibility work through delivery.
• Background in project coordination or similar support roles.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
