Scheduler (WellSky Experience Required)

Position overview

This opening is for a highly organized Scheduler to help run day-to-day coordination for a home care agency. The role centers on building and adjusting caregiver schedules, making sure clients are covered, handling urgent changes, and keeping communication smooth across caregivers, clients, and internal staff.

This is a strictly on-site role in Nairobi, Kenya, and the work setup is non-negotiable. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

The employer is specifically seeking candidates with direct scheduling experience and practical knowledge of WellSky. This is not a customer service-only position.

Mandatory requirements

• You must have at least 6 months of experience in scheduling-related work such as caregiver or staff scheduling, workforce coordination, shift planning, or appointment scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with WellSky is required. Candidates should either have used the platform in practice or completed formal training on it.
• Applications without WellSky experience will not be considered.
• Strong English communication skills at C1 level or above are required.
• You must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally, with a neutral accent suitable for communicating with U.S.-based clients, caregivers, and internal teams.

Working arrangement

The position is fully on-site in Nairobi, Kenya. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Additional notes

This role emphasizes scheduling operations rather than general customer support. Experience with WellSky is essential and cannot be substituted.
