In this role, you will focus on Home Loan and Mortgage Loan sales, partner with leading banks across India, and gain end-to-end exposure to the mortgage lending business while contributing to business growth.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will drive sales for BFS-related products, coordinate with banking partners for promotional activity, oversee team performance, and help the organization achieve its revenue objectives. The position also involves regular reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute sales plans for BFS products.
• Work closely with banking teams to support and run promotional campaigns.
• Monitor, guide, and improve the performance of the sales team.
• Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Share updates, insights, and performance reports with senior leadership.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in Account and Finance.

Compensation

The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,60,000.
