Overview
Enchanté Accessories is hiring a full-time Sales & Account Support professional for an onsite role in Manhattan, NY. This position supports the sales manager across buyer meetings, reporting, account administration, inventory coordination, and project tracking within the Frames, Mirrors & Wall Deco. department.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a busy environment, and able to balance several priorities at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
Compensation for this role is listed at $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
Sales and account support
- Help prepare for buyer meetings and join meetings with the sales manager when needed.
- Record notes, next steps, and required follow-up items from meetings.
- Build and update buyer worksheets and selling presentations.
- Develop buyer proposals with pricing, product specifications, and unit forecasts.
- Compile order history reports for assigned accounts.
- Produce sales reports and analysis summaries.
- Maintain margin sheets for FOB, Stock, and POE programs.
- Prepare and send Information Requests (IRs) to Product Development.
- Revise pricing, cost, and margin details as needed.
- Prepare Product Proposal Requests (PPRs) and related supporting materials.
- Submit completed PPRs to Production each week.
- Handle additional related tasks as assigned.
Inventory and order management
- Track inventory levels and spot potential selling opportunities.
- Bring together inventory reports and stock opportunities across accounts.
- Process purchase orders and ensure they are posted correctly with proper inventory deductions.
- Manage purchase order revisions and order changes.
- Confirm that Production receives complete and accurate purchase orders.
Project and process management
- Create and keep packaging projects updated in Asana.
- Monitor project schedules and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain sales trackers, BNC files, and customer databases.
- Track delivery timelines, tariffs, deductions, and product imagery.
- Prepare weekly sales updates and order recap reports.
- Share sales progress and forecasting information with management.
Skills and competencies
This role calls for strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup formulas such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, along with proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. You should also be comfortable creating reports, presentations, and other business documentation, and analyzing data related to sales, inventory, pricing, and margins.
Success in this role requires the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and maintain accuracy when handling pricing, inventory, customer, and order records. Working independently as well as partnering with cross-functional teams is important. Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool is preferred, and familiarity with FOB, Stock, and POE programs is an added advantage.
Education and experience
The preferred background is at least 3 years of experience in wholesale sales support, buying office operations, merchandising, assistant buying, account management, or a similar function. Candidates should have either a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree plus additional relevant experience; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring presence at the workplace five days per week.
