Role overview
This is a fully remote Human Resources Assistant position supporting essential HR activities for a distributed workforce. Key responsibilities
- Keep employee records current and accurate across HR platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including paperwork and calendar coordination.
- Draft HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and internal notices.
- Handle basic HR questions and route more complex requests to the right team member.
- Follow HR policies, documentation rules, and data privacy standards.
- Maintain digital HR files with consistent naming and filing methods.
- Track HR workflows, spot delays or missing items, and escalate issues when needed.
- Update HR trackers and share regular progress reports on open tasks.
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documents are complete and easy to retrieve.
