Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to a secondary-sales billing model.
• Keep a close watch on monthly order flow and dispatches, ensuring every activity stays within the expected timelines.
• Handle major customer accounts by grouping customers appropriately and creating a recurring engagement plan so operational concerns are resolved quickly.
• Build and monitor service-level measures covering CFAs through distributors.
• Assess retail reach and provide recommendations for appointing new distributors.
• Convert customer trends into actionable insights, then share useful practices across the customer service function.
• Use data analysis to support ongoing process and model improvements.
• Communicate clearly and firmly while remaining approachable.

Experience and Education

The role calls for an undergraduate degree or higher, along with more than 10 years of practical experience in sales and distribution.

Travel

Travel is expected as needed for the role.
