What you'll do

  • Build pricing for upcoming and completed jobs, along with other commercial project activities.
  • Collect reliable cost information from site teams, subcontractors, and internal systems to support correct invoicing.
  • Spot variations, check them thoroughly, and make sure pricing is clear and defensible.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on completed work.
  • Review project progress, financial performance, and any risks or concerns, then share findings with management, clients, or site teams.
  • Monitor project spending to ensure it stays aligned with submitted tender rates.
  • Act as a link between site personnel, leadership, and clients.
  • Make sure contracts, cost controls, ISO standards, and health & safety requirements are followed.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying is preferred.
  • Strong background in financial reporting and managing documentation well.
  • A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, construction, or a closely related field.
  • Good planning, organisation, and contract administration abilities.
  • Strong confidence in presentations, reporting, and day-to-day communication.
  • A full driving licence and the ability to travel to sites across Northern Ireland when needed.
