Role Summary

The QA/QC Head will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities, lead the team, and ensure that operations align with USFDA expectations. This role also involves strengthening quality systems and working closely with production leadership to support product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the QA/QC team to maintain strong quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all quality processes meet USFDA requirements.
• Plan and carry out routine audits and plant inspections.
• Create, improve, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Work with the production management team to support product development initiatives.

Applicants should hold a B.Sc in any specialization or a B.Pharma in any specialization.

Compensation

The salary offered is INR 6,00,000 to 8,40,000 per year.
