Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is for a Public Relations Officer who will help shape and protect the company’s public image. The role centers on writing press releases, handling media relationships, developing communication strategies, and ensuring that the organization’s messaging stays consistent with its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clear and effective press releases and other external communications.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with media contacts and outlets.
• Design and implement strategic communication plans that support the company’s goals.
• Safeguard and strengthen the organization’s public reputation.
• Develop productive relationships with stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication with them.
• Ensure company messages are aligned with broader business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing press releases and managing media relations.
• Strong background in public relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strategic communication skills.
• Capability to plan and run PR campaigns that support organizational objectives.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and local compliance requirements is an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong organizational ability and the capacity to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
