About Acierta

Acierta is a design and production studio with locations in Valencia, London, Paris, Doha, and New York, and it executes projects for clients around the world. Founded in 2005, the company brings together specialists in creative development, production, logistics, and installation to deliver high-impact work in retail, events, and hospitality.

Role Overview

The New York team is looking for a resourceful, detail-driven Project Manager with strong experience in technical design and production. In this role, you will coordinate several creative projects at once, ranging from large-scale international rollouts to custom one-off installations, while keeping work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Direct ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from kickoff through final delivery, making sure the outcome reflects the brand, the client brief, and the intended design.
  • Create and maintain thorough project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverable trackers.
  • Manage the production and quality review of technical drawings, 3D models, visual renderings, and related documentation in line with CAD and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal colleagues across different offices.
  • Track budgets closely, look for ways to reduce costs without lowering standards, and keep financial control throughout the project.
  • Hold regular reviews, risk checks, and progress updates for stakeholders, while resolving issues and delays proactively.
  • Support smooth on-site execution by handling logistics, timing, and contractor coordination.
  • Carry out site visits and technical surveys when required.
  • Supervise production timelines and ensure consistent quality control.
  • Provide technical assistance using SolidWorks and Rhino.
  • Build presentations and supporting materials in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Candidates must already be located in New York.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or technical production is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of CAD tools, especially SolidWorks and Rhino, is essential.
  • Comfort using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is needed.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and time-management abilities are important.
  • You should be able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is considered an advantage.
  • You must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

Compensation and benefits will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s seniority.

The role offers a creative, international workplace that values innovation and teamwork.

This is a practical, hands-on opportunity to contribute to prominent design and production projects with direct influence on global initiatives.

There is scope for professional development and cross-functional collaboration.
