About the role
Bild Landscapes is seeking a Project Manager to help bring landscape concepts to life across meaningful projects in Campbellfield, Victoria. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with direct reporting to the Construction Manager, offering the chance to guide greenfield landscape projects from planning through to completion. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values innovation, quality outcomes, and making a visible impact on communities.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end project delivery for landscape works while keeping outcomes aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.
- Lead the planning, execution, and handover of landscape projects within agreed scope, schedule, and cost targets.
- Coordinate design, purchasing, construction, and client-facing activities across each project.
- Build and maintain project schedules, plans, and budget tracking.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental obligations.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and progress updates for management and clients.
- Support and develop team members to encourage strong performance and collaboration.
What you need
- A Certificate IV or bachelor’s qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
- Interest in moving into landscape project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and handle several projects at the same time.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and budget control.
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using project management software and related tools.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites.
