About the Role
This role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about youth development and comfortable balancing partnership-facing work with detailed coordination. As Program Manager at Aspiring Youth Academy (AYA), you will help shape, promote, and deliver the organization’s core teen entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.
You will operate as the link between planning and execution, working with teens, community partners, and internal stakeholders while also handling the systems and logistics that keep programs running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include supporting Innovation Camps and workshops, maintaining program records, and strengthening partner relationships so that AYA can continue advancing its mission to support Title 1 youth.
This position also requires regular in-person engagement with constituents across Arizona. Candidates must have dependable transportation and be willing to travel frequently by car within the region, in addition to performing office-based work and attending meetings.
Work Requirements
The role involves a mix of external relationship management and behind-the-scenes program coordination. Regular travel throughout Arizona is part of the job, and the successful candidate should be prepared for in-office presence and local meetings as needed.
