Role Overview
This opening is for a Production Assistant based in Changi, East Region, Singapore. The role supports day-to-day production activities, equipment operation, compliance with work standards, and preparation of materials and finished goods.
Equipment Operations
- Operate production equipment as required for the line.
- Spot machine malfunctions, breakdowns, and any product-quality concerns.
- May help train and guide new operators during onboarding.
Standards Compliance
- Carry out assigned tasks in line with working instructions, targets, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records when systems are not automated to support traceability.
Production Material Preparation
- Verify that raw materials delivered by the warehouse operator match production requirements.
- Perform tasks related to loading raw materials and semi-finished goods.
- Review end-of-process parameters such as total length, number of good-quality products, and number of defective products.
- Prepare finished goods so they are ready for collection by the TPA operator.
