The company supports more than 200 well-known brands and is expanding quickly. It has also recently secured a €3.5M seed round from Samaipata, with support from Abac, JME, Itnig, Combination VC, and several experienced operators and angels from ecommerce.

Role overview

In this working student position focused on Product and QA, you will help the product team shape upcoming initiatives, validate new functionality, spot defects, and contribute to a smooth user experience. You will work closely with developers and product managers in a fast-moving startup setting in Berlin.

What you will do

• Support the definition of new product work, align on requirements with product managers and developers, and help produce clear documentation.
• Run test scenarios, uncover bugs, and record issues in a structured way so they can be resolved efficiently.
• Review customer input, identify recurring themes, and share insights that guide product prioritization and improvements.

Requirements

Konvo hires primarily for motivation, capability, and drive, but the ideal profile also includes the following:

• You are currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Germany.
• You bring strong analytical thinking, solid problem-solving ability, and a careful eye for detail when testing products.
• You have a basic grasp of how product development works and are interested in product management and user experience.
• You communicate clearly and in a structured manner in English, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• You can work on site in Berlin and collaborate effectively with people from different functions.
• You stay organized, take initiative, and can juggle several tasks in a busy environment.
