Brand Aid Marketing Solutions is an integrated marketing agency and production house that creates and manufactures BTL activations, events, exhibitions, and in-store POSM visibility solutions. Operating since 2006, the company has focused on delivering tailored, high-impact marketing outputs and serves markets across GCC and Levant, including Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai.

Role overview
This position is responsible for leading procurement strategy, supplier management, purchasing operations, contract handling, inventory coordination, and reporting. The role also involves guiding the procurement team and working closely with internal departments to ensure materials, services, and commercial agreements support business and project goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization’s operational and financial goals.
- Create yearly procurement plans based on project pipelines, production timelines, and business needs.
- Spot opportunities to lower costs, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Track market movements, material supply, pricing changes, and new supplier options to inform sourcing decisions.
- Source, assess, qualify, and onboard local and overseas suppliers.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Carry out regular supplier reviews covering quality, pricing, delivery, responsiveness, and service performance.
- Handle supplier issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure supplier adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing standards, quality expectations, environmental rules, and health and safety requirements.
- Oversee direct procurement for raw materials, production inputs, fabrication items, and outsourced manufacturing needs.
- Manage indirect procurement for office supplies, IT hardware, marketing services, transport, maintenance, utilities, and other operational services.
- Review purchase requests and make sure procurement activity follows internal approval procedures.
- Ensure purchase orders are prepared correctly and delivered within the necessary lead times.
- Work with Project, Production, Operations, Design, and Finance teams so purchasing plans fit project schedules.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery dates, warranties, and contract terms to secure strong commercial outcomes.
- Track procurement spend against approved project budgets.
- Prepare cost assessments and procurement recommendations for management decisions.
- Find savings opportunities while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate total cost of ownership when comparing procurement options.
- Assess supplier quotations, technical submissions, commercial offers, and service agreements.
- Negotiate and close supplier contracts in coordination with management and legal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier contractual commitments and ensure ongoing compliance during project execution.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to keep inventory levels balanced and avoid excess stock.
- Make sure materials arrive on time based on project requirements.
- Track critical stock items and recommend restocking actions.
- Manage transport and shipping arrangements for local and international purchases.
- Review material samples with Project Managers and Production teams to confirm they meet project specifications.
- Work with suppliers on corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Ensure purchased goods meet the required standards before use in projects.
- Identify procurement risks such as supplier dependence, shortages, price volatility, and logistics interruptions.
- Develop backup sourcing plans to reduce operational risk.
- Maintain alternate supplier options for important materials and services.
- Keep procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing documents accurate and up to date.
- Ensure transactions are properly captured in ERP systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering procurement status, purchase order tracking, supplier performance, savings, budget use, KPIs, and related metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team.
- Assign work and monitor procurement activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Encourage strong coordination across Procurement, Operations, Finance, Production, and Project Management teams.

Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 7 to 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial position is expected.
- Background in manufacturing, POSM, retail displays, branding, advertising production, construction, or fit-out work is strongly preferred.
