Role Overview

The Plumber will be responsible for keeping plumbing and related building systems in proper working condition across commercial and residential areas. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work, along with support for other basic property maintenance tasks when needed.

Key Duties

• Fit, service, and repair pipes, valves, fixtures, drainage networks, and other plumbing components.
• Identify plumbing faults, determine the cause, and carry out corrective action.
• Carry out scheduled checks on plumbing and drainage systems to ensure they function properly.
• Support minor construction and finishing work such as carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling work, and basic electrical tasks as required.
• Inspect, test, and complete small repairs on different kinds of equipment.
• Track maintenance stock levels and request tools, parts, and supplies when needed.

Experience and Background

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Prior exposure to the hospitality sector will be an advantage.
