Role overview
An expanding and well-established insurance brokerage is looking for a Personal Lines Executive to support its team on a hybrid arrangement. The role is based in Sligo, County Sligo, Ireland, with only one day each week required in the Sligo office. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative environment while handling a portfolio of new business and renewals within Personal Lines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and process renewals for Personal Lines insurance policies.
- Deliver a high standard of service to both prospective and existing customers.
- Work in line with regulatory standards and internal company processes.
- Support business growth objectives and help the team achieve performance goals.
Requirements
- APA qualification in Insurance is required; CIP would be a strong advantage.
- Previous broker-side experience in Personal Lines is essential.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Confidence working independently in a hybrid work setup.
- Comfort using broker software, systems, and related platforms.

- Salary of €38,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
