Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Peon position in Kolkata. The selected person will help with routine office and facility tasks, including moving documents, files, and parcels, keeping shared areas tidy, and supporting staff with basic administrative and housekeeping assistance.

Key Duties

• Carry, sort, and place documents, files, and packages as needed.
• Support cleanliness and order in work areas through simple housekeeping tasks.
• Assist staff by serving water, tea, and other refreshments.
• Run small errands inside the premises or to nearby offices when required.
• Handle minor manual work assigned by supervisors.
• Help with basic movement or handling of equipment and materials linked to shipping work, while strictly following safety guidance.
• Remain punctual, dependable, and prepared to take on different tasks through the workday.

Qualifications and Working Expectations

Candidates should be physically fit for manual work such as lifting, carrying, and moving items. The job requires careful instruction-following, the ability to work under supervision, and comfort in a structured environment.
