Role overview
MIRUS Deutschland GmbH is looking for a Payroll Trainer who can design and deliver payroll-related training sessions and support employee development in the area of compensation processing. The position is based in Baden-Baden, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and is a full-time onsite role.
What the role involves
- Creating tailored payroll training sessions and running them independently
- Identifying the learning needs of current employees
- Developing training materials on your own, such as scripts and learning videos
- Working closely with the HR team to support the implementation of people-development measures
- Serving as a point of contact for employees with specialist questions
What you should bring
- Strong expertise in payroll accounting and social insurance law
- Initial experience in adult education or training
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enjoyment in working as part of a team
- A pronounced service-oriented mindset
- Fluent German language skills
- A valid work permit for Germany is required for this position
