Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-growing renewable energy business in Australia focused on battery storage and hybrid inverter sales across Victoria, covering both metropolitan and regional customers. The role is for outbound call specialists or small calling teams who can help create interest, qualify prospects, arrange appointments, and pass warm leads to the closing team.
Compensation
This is a commission-based engagement with no fixed salary. You will earn AUD 300 for every battery sold at or above the company’s base price, and any extra margin above that base price also stays with you. Strong performers are said to typically make around AUD 1,000 to AUD 2,000 or more per week.
Key responsibilities
Your main work will involve contacting residential prospects, identifying qualified opportunities, scheduling appointments, and transferring motivated buyers to the sales closers. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and follow Australian calling rules and compliance requirements.
Candidate requirements
The company is looking for people with excellent spoken English, a clear and neutral customer-friendly accent, and prior experience in outbound selling, solar/energy campaigns, or other high-value home-product lead generation. Experience with the Australian market is considered a strong advantage. You must also be able to work during Australian Eastern Time business hours and have your own dependable dialer, headset, and stable internet connection.
Team requirement
Small call-centre teams are welcome. If you are applying as a team, you should share the number of seats or agents you can allocate.
