Role overview
This Operations Support position is well suited to someone who is curious, practical, and mechanically minded. The role offers meaningful work supporting a wide range of industries across New Zealand.

What you will do
- Speak with customers by email and phone to provide support.
- Prepare quotes and handle both internal and external order processing.
- Place stock orders for the workshop.
- Pack manufactured orders and arrange dispatch.
Skills and experience needed
- You should be physically fit and able to lift items ranging from small goods to larger loads of at least 20 kg.
- A current New Zealand driver licence is required.
- You need a solid understanding of health and safety expectations in an industrial workplace.
- The role suits someone who can work independently, take initiative, and find practical ways to manage products.
- Strong computer ability is important, along with the confidence to learn new systems quickly.
