Operations Planning & Project Executive, SG Warehouse

Role summary

In this position, you will help reshape returns and refunds warehouse operations while also driving the early stages of a major warehouse automation program. The work is highly practical and combines analytical thinking, planning, and collaboration across teams. Your contributions will directly affect operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review current returns and refunds workflows, spot inefficiencies, and introduce process improvements that support faster, more accurate, and cost-effective handling of high-volume returns.
• Own the first stages of a warehouse automation effort, including identifying opportunities, evaluating vendors, designing proof-of-concept work, and planning implementation.
• Drive projects that improve operations, expand capacity, and raise productivity, with clear and measurable impact.
• Use operational data to diagnose bottlenecks, estimate improvement potential, and support sound decision-making.
• Develop and refine KPIs and incentive structures that better align warehouse teams with company objectives.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse operations, logistics, technology, and regional stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned and moving smoothly.
• Take responsibility for projects from idea generation through delivery, ensuring timelines and scope are maintained.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in a quantitative discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy; exposure to supply chain, logistics, or automation work will be an advantage.
• Strong ability to work with data, identify meaningful patterns, and convert findings into practical actions.
• Good communication skills, with the confidence to present recommendations to both frontline teams and senior leaders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving setting where priorities may change frequently.

Additional information

This is a hands-on role based in Singapore and focused on operational transformation within a warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be expected to balance analytical work with execution, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
